Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees or other charges depending on your account and the transaction.

4. Payment Security

Payments are processed using the payment facilities made available at checkout. Where a third-party provider processes your payment, its own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Langtons does not ask customers to send complete payment card details, passwords or PINs by email.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment appears to have failed but funds have been deducted, or if you believe you have been charged more than once, contact support@langtons.shop with your order number and relevant transaction information.

Do not send your full card number or security code. We will review the information available and help investigate the issue.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to the applicable circumstances and legal requirements.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Refund eligibility is explained in our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

7. Fraud Prevention

We may review or verify an order where there are reasonable concerns about payment security or possible fraud. If an order cannot be verified or fulfilled, we will contact the customer and handle any payment taken appropriately.
